The Door County Christkindl Market is a festive winter event celebrating traditional European Christmas customs in Sister Bay. Inspired by classic German Christkindl markets, the event features artisan vendors, holiday gifts, cozy food and drink, twinkling lights, and family-friendly seasonal activities. The market is held annually the weekend of Thanksgiving and the first two weekends of December, making it a beloved kickoff to the holiday season. It’s a must-visit attraction for anyone seeking an authentic Christmas experience in Door County.
